My name is Katy West.
In 2006 I made a decision to start listening and trusting in My Own Truth, God's Truth.. 100%.. It saved my Life (: literally: )
I also made a decision that I wanted to create a space for others who are experiencing an awakening and who would feel safe in the knowing that they could feel free to express themselves for who they truly are without judgement.
In 2006 I had no one, (in the physical) who understood what was happening to me, I was completely alone. It was a very scary experience..
I made myself a promise that, if I have anything to do with it, no one will have to experience this on their own..
Back then, I had a slight concern, how was I going to make that happen? I was computer illiterate, had severe problems with reading and writing, and I couldn't speak that well either, so with the help of my very good friend Robert Yarr, he created this blog for me..
This was a great outlet for me back then, for me to teach myself to write and with the help of Conversations With God BK1 written by Neale Donald Walsch, this book offered me another way to put words into simple sentences and because of this, I am now able to write and speak my truth.
Some of the posts you may come across in this blog are not written by Me unless they are but I hold them very dear, as they helped me through my awakening.
In November 2008, I created a CWG Meetup group which later became the GroupOf1, a place for people to unite, to help and support one another through their own Awakening. (see 'Friends' or click on the 'Welcome' heading)

Hi Gary,
I have have only just seen this message, everything happens at the right time so I know its the right time for me to reply to you now..
Whichever path you choose to take will be the right one..
Every path is always working towards the greater good and is always one step closer and to finding the God within.
My advice to you should you choose it, is when confronted with a situation..
Do only what makes YOU feel happy and when in doubt do nothing, God will provide the answer, just keep an eye out for signs..
Give with out expectation of receiving anything in return.
And Be who you are in every given moment..
